The appointment of a training and development consultant will:
Promote the aims and objectives of DAHRG de Belne
Liaise with the group artists and other Community Association Groups to develop a communication and publicity strategy to promote quality arts projects within the Bells Farm Community Association and the area around Bells Farm Centre.
Support the artists and other group members with their work in schools and care homes for the elderly, and put forward plans for implementing training courses.
Establish links with local churches, youth clubs, schools and business etc and seek venues for group displays at museums, art galleries, heritage centres, historic buildings etc.
Keep accounts of project funds and seek further financial assistance for the continuing development of the group.
Put in place required quality controls and other records required and seek registration of Bells Farm Centre from City & Guilds or other appropriate organisations to run accredited courses at Bells Farm Centre.
Liaise with Bells Farm Community Association groups, City Council, and other organisations to help the efficient use of Bells Farm Centre.
Perform other reasonable tasks as may be requested by the DAHRG committee from time to time.
